I am Kola Akinboye. I operate at the intersection of Systems Engineering, Capital Strategy, and Purposeful Leadership.

Civilization is built on two things: resilient infrastructure and convicted leadership. If either fails, the system collapses.

My mandate is to ensure they don’t.

For over a decade, I have navigated the high-stakes environments of global energy and infrastructure; from the gas-firming complexities at APA Group to my current role stewarding capital services for Snowy Hydro, one of Australia’s most iconic national assets.

I do not just “manage projects.” I translate technical volatility into business certainty. I bridge the gap between the engine room and the boardroom, ensuring that billions in capital investment deliver actual value, not just activity.

We are currently navigating a critical inflection point; in our energy transition, in our economy, and in our culture. The challenges we face are too complex for silence. True leadership is not about hiding your light; it is about the courage to design for the next generation, not just the next quarter.
